Oregon State QB Peter Lalich was booked for a boating DUI on Friday in Shasta, Calif., according to a Shasta County police log.
This would be his third alcohol-related incident in college. He had two while at Virginia, which forced him off the team. He transferred to OSU in the middle of 2008.
This is the seventh OSU player or recently former player in trouble with the law in 2010. Is this 2005 all over again?
“We are aware of it, and we are trying to find out all that what went on,” OSU sports information director Steve Fenk said.

feel bad for Lalich. He is a good kid. Just seemed to get caught up again in the partying.

Karma is a bitch.

Does that mean Lalich was a bad person in one of his past lives?

Did I say that ? No, It does however look like the kid likes to party.

You said something about Karma. Karma has specifically to do with a person's past life or lives. So yes, you did say that.

Third incident, not accident. I hope that the coaching staff sees the pattern and gets this kid some help.
The "good news" comment is particularly loathsome, Lalich is one of ours. There have been too many incidents this year, and Riley may not need to overreact because of the stupid nature of most of these, but it's time for some actions to get these kids in line.

You know what you beavers let the ducks have it every chance you get. Now all of a sudden when shit goes wrong with your program you guys can't take your lumps. That is very pathetic. Where is John Canzano calling for an immediate suspension? Mike Reilly is handling most of this " in house " what a joke. You guys are the biggest hypocrites.
