Nice to see the Beavers players recognized especially Paea who seems to go unrecognized a lot (at least until recently). Should be a good year next year with lots of talent coming back.

Wow Oregon State is the most represented school there. Great job, it is coaches who vote on these right?
I am really glad to see Canfield getting the attention he deserves. I think Masoli is a great athlete who happens to be a QB where Canfield is a great QB.

Glad to see we so many Beavs represented. I was hoping TE Joe Haluini would make 2nd team. I can't believe he didn't even get honorble mention. I also think Brandon Hardin was are best ST player and deserved ST first team (not Tuimaunie)
Should be exciting next year with around 19 starters back! (if you K, P and Hardin)

Great to see Canfield. He gets no national attention, but at least the PAC 10 knows who he is.
Cliff is Stephen Paea coming back next year? If the new DT recruit makes it here we could have a really great defensive front. Hopelly the DE will improve or someone new will be recruited. Looking forward to the bowl, but can't wait until next year. Isn't football crazy!

Paea is back next year. The recruits will be freshmen who are prepped for when Paea and Olander are gone.

I am really happy to see Canfield come full circle. I remember when everyone was calling for him to start over Matt Moore followed by 2007 when he struggled quite a bit. His career has been impressive because he has overcome his early struggles and being a back-up all last year. This year he succeeded in the face of adversity and hopefully gets some good draft recognition. I admit that I was a Canfield doubter a couple of years ago. Congrats Canfield and best of luck on Sundays.

These beaver football players selected for 1st and 2nd All Pac-10 teams
should be extremely proud of themselves and their team as these honored
induviduals are selected by the Pac-10 coaches. I don't recall that many beavers
ever so highly respected by other Pac-10 coaches. Hip! Hip! Horay!!
Onto to Vegas and put a liking on the cougers!! Go Beavs!!

Canfield and Quizz deserve it. Duck fans are going crazy on some of the boards. I think one stat that gets overlooked is the amazing ball security from the Beavs led in big part by Can and Quizz. Beavers are now number one in the nation with only 8 turnovers through 12 games. What a performance and it was crucial as this years defense has not creating many turnovers for the most part.
