It's been taken a little too far if you continue reading down of more of the posts on the same subject.

"Well that's 3 top 25 finishes now and we're signing Will Storey. I am sorry but that doesn't cut it. "

This is more than a sports opinion, it is a direct attack on Will Storey. The sports opinion may be that 3 top 25 finishes, etc. My opinion, of course, but it's more than an opinion here. Cliff, sorry, gotta disagree with you here. I guess you own the blog and you can censor what you want, but this is clearly over the top in my mind.

I couldn't agree more with Angry on this one. The Beavers lack of recruiting success is alarming and we cannot continue to have the same on field success without starting to land some top guys. Why do you think the Beavs always get off to slow starts? Or lose at least a game or two it shouldn't every year? Because our talent level is below most Pac-10 teams. Now granted our coaches are GREAT at coaching up the talent that we do have but coaching can only go so far as eventually talent will win out. Riley and Co. have to pick it up on the recruiting trail if we ever want to be a consistent top-25 team and Rose Bowl contender.

Eventually the Beavers are going to have to step up on the recruiting front. If the Beavers and Riley want to continue this success and take it up a notch, the talent level will have to do the same. I hear what Angry is saying. He wasnt trying to be a jerk, he was just making a point, which is valid. This blog would be a boring one if everybody always agreed. If you have an opinion state it and be prepared to back it up. Nobody has to make it personal though, after all we all want the same thing, the Beavers to win. This is Corvallis, not Eugene so stay classy.

Easy now, everyone. Angry has a sports opinion that is fine. It pushed it a little calling Storey out, but as an athlete that's going to happen. People are a little nicer to HS athletes, but in college the gloves are off.

In general, I like discussion/arguments on the blog. Just no cussing and no personal attacks. Just defending/attack sports opinion. Players, coaches and the media are fine targets because they are public figures.

This is really a sad comment. You are simply attacking a nice young man. Maybe he didn't make the top lists, but so what? How many players has Riley found that are not on everyone's top lists that have done just fine? To call him a reject is simply misplaced and a deragatory comment on someone you know little about.

Just sad.
