Follow this link for this season’s intro video for the Oregon State football team. (Click the top option on the right.) I hope it’s edited down from seven minutes. I love AC/DC, but the full Thunderstruck song to just a logo at the end?
The beginning brought back memories of Trevor Time. Using the Hells Bells intro was what former San Diego Padres closer Trevor Hoffman used to come out of the bullpen. Hearing that in the World Series sent chills down your spin.
The bass beat from the Real Slim Shady was a nice touch. And you never go wrong with Guns N’ Roses. But if you are going to use that era music, why not Metallica’s Enter Sandman. You can use it in full, see below.
Here’s a link to a TE story I did for Wednesday’s GT. From the looks and sounds of it, expect to see the TE more involved in the passing game this season.
Or staying in the genre, how about Megadeth’s Symphony of Destruction? Lyrically and riff-wise it works.

The video is good, but you are right the end of it is really weird. I wonder if they aren't done with it yet or something. Or maybe that is build up to the team coming out of the tunnel.

Not bad. People will be confused when the Beaver logo comes up…and stays there. "Do I look away? I think it's over, but are there more highlights coming?" Maybe if the screen when blank for 15 seconds and just played Thunderstruck. Then bring up the logo.
I hope they continue to play AC-DC's TNT at the end of the 3rd qtr.

Cliff this new website format has thrown me for a loop. You and Brooks don't seem to be very easy to find anymore, at least as far as your blogs are concerned. Am I missing something? You guys need to be prevalent on the main page.

Bugs are being worked out. In 2-3 years a new Web site will be launched and bugs will have to worked out there, too.
