Hudson signs with Phillies Comments
Oregon State football and baseball recruit Kyrell Hudson of Vancouver, Wash., signed with the Philadelphia Phillies on Sunday and won’t play for the Beavers, according to Baseball America.
Hudson was a third-round pick and recieved a signing bonus of $475,000. His summer holdout worked because Major League Baseball’s bonus recommendation was $299,700.
Coach Mike Riley thought the DB was athletic enough to play his first reason and be a kick/punt returner.
