Pac-10 media poll Comments

The Pac-10 media day starts off with the media poll being released. And with a shocker (sarcasm) of Southern California tabbed at the expected conference winner.

 

Oregon took third and Oregon State was fourth. Here’s the breakdown with their point totals and first-place votes in parenthesis:

  1. USC (28), 316
  2. Cal (3), 277
  3. Oregon (1), 250
  4. Oregon State, 216
  5. Arizona State, 155
  6. Stanford,  150
  7. UCLA, 145
  8. Arizona, 142
  9. Washington, 74
  10. Washington State, 35

“I have mixed feelings about it,” LB Keaton Kristick said of the pick. “I don’t know where we were the last couple years, but it’s better going into it as the underdog. Fourth can still be viewed as an underdog.”
